As Knox is an Affirming Congregation within the United Church of Canada, we
encourage all participants to develop an attitude of acceptance of all.

LCNA is an International organization
(Canada/US) that was founded about 30 years ago to provide a supportive
and positive spiritual community for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender
and straight people in the Lutheran tradition.
We offer individual support, resources and a safe place for our
own spiritual questions. Our participants have different levels
of comfort with public identification as a GLBT person. Our participants
tend to represent a wide range of interests and concerns. Some come
from faith traditions other than Lutheran. Some have left formal
faith communities altogether and others are Pastors and Priests.
This church provides a safe space
for all people to explore their spirituality. The UCC embraces and
celebrates the presence and participation of people of all races,
sexual orientations and physical limitations.
